The best time of year is upon us! Now, as much as we all love Christmas, there is also that hate we have for it. Not a hate for the holiday, but the hate of the stress we have to buy everyone that perfect gift. Or what to tell people when they ask “what do you want for Christmas?” Of course Christmas is all about giving and spending time with family, but of course gift giving is a big part of the holiday. December is the time where everyone is starting to figure out their new years resolutions and on most of those lists is working out more. If your anything like me then you love your makeup and skincare products. You never go a day without washing your face and you take pride in your appearance. With all the popular products right now on TikTok and Instagram of course we want to try them all. Here is some of the products that I think are actually worth giving a try.
Self Care Items☃️
No this is not the same as makeup and skincare this is the self care category. This is the facemasks, lip masks, bath bomb category. The stuff behind the beauty inside and out. My personal favorite category! You can easily create a basket full of all selfcare stuff. Throw in some bath bombs and face masks maybe even a loofah and your all set.
Books❄️
A concept I have been loving right now is the “blind date with a book” on TikTok. The packaging is super cute and if they are big into reading then it is a really fun concept for them too. It also comes with stickers, bookmarks, a facemasks, tea etc. So many awesome things and it look’s like you spent a lot of time and money when really, someone else wrapped it and put it together for you. Self Help books can be really great too like 5 minute journals or even a regular journal. You can also get them a book that has to do with something they are really into. For example, if someone likes to bake you can look into getting them a book on baking. Of course you can always get them a romance or fiction novel too. Self Help books are another good one because there is nothing wrong with trying to better yourself, however make sure the person your giving it too is into bettering themselves otherwise its awkward.
Essentials🦌
Let’s face it, as adults all we want for Christmas is stuff we need but don’t want to pay for. All the annoying things like socks and toothpaste. Gas money is also always appreciated. Those are boring though I know, let’s think outside the box. Some of us live in our own places and always need something. So maybe that person need’s new cooking pans or a new blender. Or maybe they have been wanting a KitchenAid mixer that’s fun too because they need it, but aren’t willing to pay for it yet. So house essentials or everyday essentials can go a long way.
Gifts Sets🎄
The stores have them there for a reason. It’s to save the hastle of putting them together yourselves. Don’t sleep on the gift sets because I’m telling you some of those sets are soooo good. If you can’t decide between a couple items go to a gift set one of them probably has both item’s in it. People also love to receive a present with multiple things in it besides just one. They can vary from beauty, wine, perfume, food, blankets, etc. The possibilities are endless. Here are some of my favorites.

Customized items easily show how much you care about someone and like you put a lot of thought into their gift. These can be anything from a mug with their name on it or a water color picture of their dog. If you get someone anything with their dog on it they will love you for life. Anything that shows you took the extra step, and you can get custom items anywhere. Go on amazon and type in “custom gifts for women” lot’s of options will pull up. Listen to your heart on this category and what they love. Order these early though so you have time to get it. Custom items tend to take longer to ship especially around the holidays.
